If your teen has a parent (you) who has ultra-right-wing conservative, legalistic, old covenant-based views, and are looking for a guide to balance out the Bible-thumping of your child's head for anger 'management', you'll love this book. And by the way, if that's the case, in my opinion, it's no surprise that your teen is angry!
If, however, you are a Christian who believes in the grace-centered new covenant, or a non-Christian who is looking for some real help, I suggest you look elsewhere.

| This book is a must read for anyone who even knows a teenager, in my opinion. Even Christian kids struggle with anger and this book will give them the tools to handle their emotions in way that pleases God. The vocabulary was a little advanced for my 13-year-old nephew with whom I read the book, but because we read it together I was able to talk him through the difficult parts. I, myself, learned so much from this book and really wish I had had it when I was a teenager and when I was raising my own teenagers.
