Great Help in AD/HD Friendly Format  Jan 7, 2007
This book has helped me, my husband, boss, and friends understand the challenges I face with AD/HD. And it is a great reference when I lose patience with myself over my disorganization and my difficulty in starting and/or finishing projects. It is easy to jump around in the book to find the help I need to face my daily challenges.

Fabulous  Aug 19, 2004
This book was one I found at the library and having been diagnosed with Adult ADD just one year ago at the age of 26, I had a lot of struggles trying to find better ways to study while in grad school. This book has helped me immensely. It's easy to read, the real-life stories bring a great quality to the book and the tips are wonderful.

Best of its Kind  May 21, 2004
You have an attention deficit.

An overly academic, wordy textbook is not your friend.

This book is exactly what you need.

The layout and the informality of the writing allow even the most scatterbrained reader to stay focused and get the maximum amount of information without struggling to grasp it.

It's incredibly helpful for the AD/HD adult, their friends and families and anyone else who just wants to know exactly what is known about this horribly frustrating, yet occasionally wonderful condition.

Great Book for ADDults  May 12, 2003
This is a very well written book for adults with AD/HD (ADD or ADHD).It covers many different areas of AD/HD. It discuss many ways for ADDults to help manage their AD/HD. The setup of the book is pretty "ADD friendly".
