| This is a spectacular cookbook - it not only includes both indoor grilling and outdoor BBQ recipes, but appetizers and side dishes. There's even a whole chapter on grilling dessert! My fav recipes are in this book - some of the pages are stuck together I use it so much. Yummy pork rub that can be used on steak as well, scrumptious Asian Salmon marinade that melts in your mouth, Summertime Pasta recipe is quintessetial summer.
