| This is my favorite daily affirmation book. This book has an excellent combination topics. I really like the reminders of the basic "blocking and tackling" needed keep food clean according to her food plan. I also like her reminders on how to deal with life's challenges. If you want to really work on your recovery this is a great book. Of course recovery involves tremendous work, but I prefer meditation books to aid in spiritual connection via quiet prayer. This has passages that suggests tasks to the reader. Having been in recovery for many years, I can say this book is from an expert in the field and the information provided invaluable. People new to recovery from food addiction ought seek out a sponsor before buying this book.
