| I am truly saddened to see some of these negative reviews here for a book that is so highly treasured in my house. I purchased it for my six year old son with Asperger's Syndrome and he simply adores it. I think it serves as a very helpful tool in explaining to a young child what the symptoms of Asperger's are and help them to recognize their own behaviors. We also have "Of Mice and Aliens" and nobody does it better than Kathy Hoopman. | I bought it for use with a classroom and found it hard to explain the connection- between cats and aspergers. A book that presented facts- without the cats- would have suited this purpose better. All Cats have Asperger's Syndrome is a fantastic book for helping your child understand Aspergers. It's also a great read for a public school or church class that is trying to understand a student with AS. My 9 yo Aspie grandson read it to his Sunday School class, and all of the kids were much more open and caring towards him once they understood what he was dealing with and why he sometimes behaves the way he does. I highly recommend this book!
