Highly Recommended  Dec 3, 2007
I highly recommend this book to any elementary teacher. These are great science experiments that will easily relate to any state's objectives. The materials for the experiments are easy to gather, and each experiment allows your class to go through the entire scientific process.

Excellent  Nov 14, 2007
This is an excellent book for teachers who teach science to younger ages. The science experiments need very little in the way extra or expensive supplies. (clay, straws, etc) The directions are detailed. There are lab sheets to fill out that guide children through the scientific method. The one negative I have about this book is that it does not list out scientific method terminology. For example, it says guess instead of hypothesis. However, even with that one small complaint, I find this to be a very useful book.
