The missing link for entreprenuers and employees without a sales background  Apr 3, 2008
Excellent!!! A complete yet simple guide book that helped me get my services and new ideas out of the basement and into the middle of a massive customer pool. The exciting part is that these customers were in my backyard the whole time! It's amazing how many entrepreneurs have great offerings, work ethic and years of experience and still cant manage to attract and retain customers.
