This book is a true keeper if you are in a hurry. The main thing I noticed in this particular book is a lack of seasoning ingredients. I guess one would do so to his/her own tastes though (hubby, who even SALTS HIS HAM, is more adamant about this opinion than I am...and he still has startlingly low blood pressure...sheesh!)
I like my Meals in Minutes book more, but it is, as always with a cookbook, a matter of personal opinion. Still a solid winner in my house. | | |  | Buy This Book! Jul 19, 2004 |
| Have you EVER had a recipe book from which you've tried almost ALL of the recipes? With this one, well, I have. I think that there's only a handful now that I haven't prepared and the only one that was a real stinkaroo was a spinach dish (hey, imagine that!). I use this almost nightly for something, most of the time I plan the whole meal from this book. The recipes are just wonderful and they're done in no time at all. I'm in the process of getting the meals in minutes book - the second one in this series because they're just great. You won't be disappointed with this one!
