CAMEJO HAS A TERRIFIC ABILITY TO SPEAK IN THE AVERAGE PERSONS LANGUAGE ABOUT HEALTH CARE ISSUES. HER WEB SITE LINKS AND SUPPORT GROUP LISTINGS ARE ALL RIGHT THERE AT YOUR FINGERTIPS! | Found the book to be very easy to read and find items I was interested in.Since having 2 healthcare professionals in the family, 1 a doctor and administrator of a hospital and one that runs a billing company There wasn't a lot of information that I hadn't been privy to.I especially liked section 23 about second opinions.I had an accident on our road on my bike and broke my arm was treated at the local hospital and was sent home with a sling and told it wasn't a bad break and they wanted me to see an othopedic surgeon to be checked the next day and gave me 3 pills to take for pain. I told them I had my own othopedic person and that I wanted my xrays and I would go to see him the next day. My husband called first thing in the morning and we drove down with the xrays and I was told if I was not operated on imediately I would never have use of that arm It was broken in 4 places and only held on by a thread. I was operated on and I now have full use of it with a 6"plate and 6 screws.
